Drive thru at 8:50pm. Find out they have discontinued the last beverage that was actually any good at this god-forsaken chain. ... Ordered a tea I didn't really want. Try ordering three different kinds of donuts before they decide to tell me that they'reactually out of everything except for three kinds of donuts. I order one, drive-through, pick up the tea I didn't really wantand the leftover donut, and they got both the tea and the donut wrong. How is there over 6 staff members and all have no clue on what's going on or what they still have. This location is terribly... managed it's embarrassing .... mess up my order 4 times in a row ? Again, another location with no inventory. Why open 24 hours when your inventory is finished by 4pm?! AND next door Tim Hortons... closed down. So you?re serving double number of clients. These clients behaviour and habits will change and adapt to gosomewhere else. Definitely, there is a need now for a competitor in this area to fill the gap. Also, this is not even close tothe standard Tim Hortons wrap size. Did this location create its own standard. I always get this only from this location. If TimHortons have self audit inspectors, they will be given the same wrap. Trust me. That?s my routine at this location, and theynever failed this half size wrap for the last few months. I went for a drive tonight for a nice coffee and donut at Davis and Leslie drive-thru. The worst, ordered a small decaf double... double and an apple fritter. It really shouldn't be that hard but apparently it was too complicated. Coffee was like warm water.Couldn't even taste the coffee. It was warm at best, and they forgot the sugar. Could they get it any more wrong.... yes theycan. The apple fritter was absolutely disgusting. There was 1/4" of sugar on it. The first bite was all sugar and I couldn'ttaste the donut. I think the person adding the icing sugar fell asleep and just kept putting it on. Sorry for the nextdescription. I wasn't about to throw the donut out so I used my top teeth to scrape off the sugar and spit it into the bag. Wayto go Tim's! Read more
