HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the owner is as rude as can be. they mess up orders and say they?ll replace and don?t. when i told them they... messed up my food the owner accused me of lying as he said it was impossible his workers made an error. I offered to take apicture of my order to show him but he said it was unnecessary. He agreed to replace and when i arrived would only replace aportion, totally NOT what he agreed to. He continued to tell me other people were calling and complaining and that he needs tobe on the lookout for scammers. he told me he?s seen my number call and complain many times. i told him that?s impossiblebecause i?ve never called to complain at any harvey?s, let alone this location. i offered again to show him pictures but hestill refused and continued to yell and tell me i?m lying. this owner is an absolute nightmare. i love harvey?s but will not bevisiting this location again.
