We brought my mom on the paddle wheeler dinner cruise for her 80th birthday. My mom, our kids and other family members had an... excellent time. The staff were excellent, service was excellent, food was great and the cruise was fantastic. We had one issuewith a drink (personal preference) and the staff quickly rectified it with no questions asked. Both kids wanted to come backagain the next night. We joined the "Pitt Lake Wilderness & Nature Tour". The service was excellent. The tour guide Michael was funny and cheerful.... The captain was kind: let us know when to get inside the boat from the deck without getting us wet when passing under bridges.The food was fresh and delicious. We had an absolutely lovely time on the Paddlewheeler Riverboat Cruise! The crew was beyond upbeat, gracious, helpful and... accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious! The weather was on our side so we spent lots of time on the deck enjoyingthe view from a perspective we have never had before.
