Every week we have one meal that is our 'cheat' as we are both trying to lose the baby weight. It was my turn to choose and I... couldn't get into anything all day. We even considered just eating at home! Then we remembered when our baby was born, ourchurch sent us food. One night it was a Boston Pizza delivery. It was INCREDIBLE! We NEVER eat pasta and it was a dinner ofnoodly, saucy, cheesy goodness! It was decided. Boston Pizza for our yummy dinner! We were so excited! The staff who greeted uswas lovely. But the restaurant was basically empty - on a late Saturday afternoon with UFC already playing. We ordered the bakedlasagna and a Cesar salad. Ready in 10 mins, how can you go wrong, this night is getting better and better. Finished ourshopping and sat down for a family picnic on the livingroom carpet. Our lasagna was literally noodles tossed in a meat sauce.There are no sauce in the container. There was next to no cheese and the container was barely half full. The salad was in alarge container but it too was barely half full. This was NOTHING like our previous experience. I decided to call the storebecause it was our special meal and it was prepared awfully. I was put on hold for the manager. When he got on the phone Iexplained the situation and before I could finish, he went on and on about the Boston Pizza procedures and that the meal goesthrough three people before it's given to us. I told him, I will bring the item back and show it to him. He declined. He saidpeople don't like sauce and cheese so when I order baked lasagna I need to specifically state I want sauce and cheese on theside. I said I'll bring the meal back if he will make us a normal baked lasagna (I didn't bother to bring up the salad) heagreed and hung up. Drove over the bridge to get the item. Our server was not friendly, no ice water for whole night. Their French onion soup was sour, we returned it after 1 sip, they... didn't take off from our bill, until we asked for. Pitcher of sangria rose was water down, tasteless and 2/3 of ice inside.Baked lasagna look like little bit of meat sauce on pasta. Nacho portion was huge but not much ingredients inside. Took advantage of their Pasta Tuesday special for $13.99, which was savings of $6 or so off the regular price. Their Smoked... Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli was tasty, and a good portion for lunch. It was a different taste than what I'm used to with thecheese/pepper flavour combination. Also had their Chocolate Brownie Addiction for dessert, which was decadent and hit the spotfor chocolate lovers. You can't really go wrong with brownies, caramel and vanilla ice cream! Read more

Just ordered chocolate explosion dessert and it was 1/3 of a size of what it used to be but the price has gone up. Not worth... $10. More like $4 in my opinion. Taste good but not worth $10. Read more
