Staff generally rude and unhelpful. Closes early, ignored clients. Really disappointed tonight, watched them close the door, ten... to ten, instead of letting me grab a few donuts. Read more
Worst customer service. Everyone in morning is in rush to get their morning coffee, but I see the staff just wandering around.... One person is distributing all the orders however some employees are just standing doing nothinh, making one drink once in awhile. For one drink, after placing my order, I had to wait for over 10 minutes. They really need to work on their efficiency. Read more
Their Mocha Latte always taste different. Nd don?t get me started on the Customer Service. It sucks. I feel if they could... improve their coffee consistency and customer service just like they renovated the store. 2 stars just cuz sometimes the MochaLatte is really good. Read more
The staff made low quality products ( see the picture attached) and were not sorry about it. The cream was hardened and I saw... the staff used her BARE finger to get it in. Very unpleasant and disturbing. Read more

Washroom are always closed. As a regular customer, it is not good as washroom is a necessity especially coffee and tea makes you... pee. I understand some people may be using it for other purposes but it should not be off-service for customers. I asked one ofthe staff if he can open it up, but says it?s closed.
