Been a customer here for years. Food has gone down hill and tonight I received a donair with uncooked chicken. Don?t eat from... here, it?s not safe. Edit: 2 months later. Mangers at the location commented but when I called we?re never available. Don?t seemaccountable. With that said, I ordered from here at the request of a friend and it was cooked and fine. Donair chicken & Falafal plate is suppose to be healthy & flavourful with its ingredients like grilled chicken, hummus &... salads. Its not suppose to artificially flavour like Subway. My small portion donair plate was 50% sauces, 20% chicken, 20% Rice& 10% salad/veg. Thanks to the unhealthy sauces that i am feeling full as it?s unbelievable small portion. I generally buy food here; however, today I got some fries for 5 dollars and the package was barely half full. I could count... around 15 fries. The team there told me that the owner/manager ask them to give no more than 200grs, which I understand becauseI worked in a kitchen years ago. However, it is pathetic the amount of fries you get for 5 CAD, I still can believe it. Tryingto save some money by reducing the quality of service is the worse strategy ever. I'll definitely not buy here again. Nothing tosay about the guys working there, they are very polite and they just follow the rules. I still can't believe it man... savingmoney on FRIES.
