Good pizza for a great price. I have tried a few different pizza pizza locations and the 6th street location is the only one... that is any good. I dont know if other locations use different ingredients or 6th street is just better trained but you cant gowrong for a large pizza for 10 bucks. This is the only place i get my pizza from now. Crappiest customer service ever. I ordered 2 pizzas at 18:07 and kept an eye on the tracker for delivery. As it said "being... prepared", I went to the washroom briefly. Upon returning, there were two missed calls from my front door and one missed callfrom pizza pizza- apparently, the order had been out for delivery and their tracker doesn't even work. Within 2 minutes of themringing my buzzer, I was already calling them back. Never before a delivery person LEFT with my order without even waiting awhole of 5 minutes. I called back and was told they would redirect the pizza BACK, and it would take 5 minutes, 10 tops. 20minutes later, no pizza. I call back, am placed on hold for 5 minutes, then I am told that they decided to bring my pizzas backto the store to warm them up instead of delivering it to my house. The pizzas would be here in yet another 10 minutes. This isthe most absurd delivery situation I have even been through. I really enjoy the product but this experience will put me offordering from Pizza Pizza in the future. I cancelled my order and decided to figure something else out to eat, considering atthis point it's been nearly 90 minutes since I ordered it and I am starving. Their customer service didn't even care to offeranything over this complete incompetence, and when I said so they said "there's nothing for us to be sorry for", or something tothat effect. Very disappointed. Picture attached shows proof that it didn't even take 2 minutes for me to get to the phone,meaning they didn't even wait AT ALL. Honestly to start my review I want to say that I love pizza pizza and I always order plant based items on their menu. However,... recently I?ve had nothing but disappointment. During my last 2 orders from Uber eats I have tried to order regular plant basedchicken sandwich. And twice I got a Baffolo regular chicken sandwich. I am not sure as of why the same mistake happened twicebut this is unacceptable. Once you try to call the restaurant you can only reach customer service which isn?t helpful! I don?tcare that the restaurant may have given me one order sandwich by mistake but twice!? People with allergies and food preferencesplease check your food twice so that you don?t die because they don?t know how to read the order! Read more
