Ordered a pesto chicken club and a sriracha chicken sandwich which cost $24! Got home and realized I got a spicy bacon king... burger (I don?t like spicy food) and the sriracha chicken sandwich was tiny! Of course both were already cold (we live literallya 2 min drive away) and both had the sadest what looked like sheets of bacon on them. Of course they close in 5 min so couldn?teven go back and get our proper order even if we wanted to. $24 for this is absolutely ridiculous and we won?t be back, enjoyour hard earned money BK cuz with service and food like this you?re going to need it. 99% of the time, they get my order right and charge correct amount for my orders. Only one time when I ordered, the staff... incorrectly overcharged the order. Not sure if this was a new staff member but I pointed out the issue and it was resolvedbefore I paid. Best deal was the two Whoppers for $8.00 for the longest time and now it?s two Whoppers for $9.00. The staffare very friendly I would recommend this restaurant. Read more
Craving for some fries and burger, went there to get some. Before ordering, wanted to go to the washroom first, the manager... with glasses told me it was broke down cannot be used. I ask if anywhere close has a washroom, he told me "I DONT KNOW!" Fine,I trust you really don't know. The guy sitting at the table told me he was just in the washroom. Really?? The worst Burger King I've been to in the lower mainland. When we walked in there was one person dining there, a little strange... for a Friday just after lunch. We noticed many tables were full of garbage left from the previous diners. The floors were alsodirty in the dining area and kitchen. When we got to the till there was five employees leaning on the kitchen equipment laughingand talking. They initially ignored us for a good 5min while they finished talking. One person looking like we were disturbingthem came and took our order. We waited a good 15-20 min for our food. After finding one of the few cleaner tables we sat down.Our food was completely cold, the cheese wasn't even remotely melted, fries were cold and greasy and two of the burger buns werecompletely burnt on the bottom, and they gave us a partially wrong order. After telling them and waiting another 10 min whilethey were all busy with there social hour in the kitchen they served us more cold, and old tasting food. We left are food,decided to go somewhere else. Not sure how this BK even stays in business. Will never return to this one!!!! Read more

The worst Burger King I've seen in my life. Ignorant employees, taste horrible,dirty place, cold and greasy food and even worse... after requesting a replacment. BK here in Vancouver are not as good as the ones in US however this one is incredible horribleI?m not sure how they managed to stay in business. Will never return to any BK again in lower mainland.
