The staff was the rudest they could have possibly been. The restaurant was empty and they refused to sit us. When we shared we... had a large group she rolled her eyes and went to get her coworker who was also rude. I will never be going back to thislocation and the staff should be fired. It was a terrible experience. Not being able to sit us it not the problem, it was theway we were spoken to which was condescending and disrespectful. Dropped in for the Pasta Night special. The portion sizes, and price were incredible, however the food was really bad. I had the... Shrimp pasta and it was more like a soup. Awful, I love Boston pizza…it’s my favourite restaurant, however the standards here are no where near what they are at other... locations. The quality needs to get better. The service needs to be friendlier. The food is never up to the regular standardshere. Read more

I would have given a five star because the service was really good and friendly. We were seated by the manager David. But... according to the waitress, he forgot to tell her we were seated. So we had waited a long time. We got a cold cup of coffee andthe waitress apologised and said she didn't know when it was made. When she came with more coffee she poured it on top of thecold coffee.
