Honestly I use to love this place but this is the 4th time I?ve noticed thief food quality getting worse and worse. They?ve put... broken lettuce and other bad veggies in my plate. The chicken was chalky and not cooked well. But I still gave them a chanceafter months of staying away. Today I ordered a shawarma plates for my family and half the rice was UNCOOKED, I wish I wasjoking. I didn?t notice at first but when would bite down something heard kept breaking under my teeth. I looked at place andnoticed white uncooked pieces of rice among the brown rice. It was not hard to spot since I ordered brown rice. Very disgustingand disappointing. Ruined my dinner. You guys need to do better or hire some new staff who actually care about the quality offood. Read more

Been going to their various locations for close to 20 years. I always ask for tabouleh instead of salad with my platters. Last... time, I was told it's $2 extra. I said that was new and for two decades there's never been an extra charge and he said he'd beenworking at all their locations since 2006 and that's always been the case. Total lie and he was rude about it too. Won't ever goback. It's too bad because normally the staff is super friendly and nice. Had never seen this guy before at any of theirlocations.
