Granted, my experience with the style of cuisine is limited, since I'm a newcomer to the city and only had one other restaurant... where I'm from to compare it to. But, my partner and I have eaten there twice, and could go a hundred times more, given theopportunity and money! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was very friendly and entertaining - it's a rarity inrestaurants to feel so welcomed, but we definitely were. My only feedback would be the oxtail was a bit on the small side withportions, but I enjoyed everything nonetheless. Read more

One of our favourite places, it?s a warm and cozy atmosphere with delicious food and great service. The owners went to great... lengths to create a little piece of paradise, so don?t hesitate to go for a tasty dinner - and be sure to order the Stamp and Goas an appetizer?they are a great starter and get you ready for your main course! I had the most delicious seafood salad there yesterday! The fish was delicious, the shrimp was the best I've ever had, and the... overall meal was divine. I highly recommend this business. PS if you're scared to go because you're spice-averse, the staffwill happily help you choose a non-spicy item. Read more

Called to get information about their soup and was met with a person who did was not friendly at all. I still ended up ordering... the Oxtail to go. For the price, the 5 small pieces of oxtail was full of fat that should be normally trimmed off and basicallygiven bones. I paid $21 for rice and the vegetables looked spoiled as they had grey spots. I was recommended to go thisrestaurant but will not go again. Perhaps the dine-in service is better but for my first impression, I will go elsewhere. Read more

?It?s fish fillet? It?s not that kind of restaurant? she said. I hate to do this but the service was horrible and the food was... bland. My husband was friendly and polite when we walked in, talking in Jamaican to break the ice but the lady at the front wasserious and not friendly. We asked for the steam fish and Okra dinner and she said it was fish fillet, and then she said ?it?snot that kind of restaurant? rudely, I was so shock!! and I was ready to walk out. I turn to my husband and ask him if he wantedto leave, he said no, it was ok. But it was awkward after that. I could say so much about the decor and the ambiance, but Iwon?t because I?m a strong supporter of black business. But over all I would give the food 2 and the customer service 1. This isnot authentic Jamaica food and her statement says it all. Also it doesn?t hurt, if you smile and be polite andfriendly. Thanks, Read more
