Negative 10 stars. Made an order at 5:14pm, guaranteed delivery was 6:04pm. They called looking for my house at 5:59pm, no... problem there. The problem came when that driver showed up to my house, he didn't actually have my food, another driver did, soI had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the driver with my food. The person over the counter is soo rude it was 3rd time never coming to this location. Also we tried to talk with him politely... and literally he was not good. Pretty gross hygiene wise. All along the window pane next to where people sit there are what look like multiple dead flies?... Don?t know why you would leave that area like that when customers are going to sit there, made me question the kitchencleanliness. The cashier (older man) was also rude. He charged me for ketchup packets and once I got home saw there was noketchup for my fries and I had to eat very bland fries and couldn?t even make it better with ketchup. Read more
