The service is TERRIBLE what can I say. You can be the only one in drive through, no one even at the window and wait ten minutes... for someone to take your order and then wait another 5 at the window for 2 coffees, this could be morning or afternoon orevening or night Anytime we have gone 8pm ish there?s NOTHING left food wise. No doughnuts, timbits (other that biebs which aremore expensive and even my kids won?t eat them) no muffins no cookies no bread nothing. Oh they have bagels but ?they can?ttoast them? Spoken with manager multiple times who insists they throw out tons every night and this is a one time occurrence(each and every time) The staff don?t seem to even care a customer is there. You pull up to the window and they simply hand youthe debit machine without even looking you in the eye, telling you your total or acknowledging you in any way and they continueyapping with their friends. They pass you your order and don?t say a word Going inside isn?t better. They look like they wouldrather be anywhere else than serving you. A few times we have gone to dine in and never once were asked for vaccine info Lastnight was the last straw, McDonald?s is 2 seconds away and now has our full business Edit Months later and still OMG. I go onlyfor the hot chocolate because it?s actually good. Almost every time we end up with it ?full? as seen in the photo attached. Theydon?t like you asking for a top up either. Saw a big wasp feasting in the doughnut section. The curly-haired boy with specs at the counter didn't seem to care much about... it. Was quite rude rather with the whole order. Tim Hortons has lost my respect. Also, 2 minutes post this incident, saw a flyas well hovering above the chefs there. Its absolutely unexpected from such a prestigious coffee chain. Read more
I ordered french vanilla this morning and found a fly in it. I was devastated and in complete denial that it would have happened... at such a reputed restaurant. I started to throw up (imagine taking a sip of drink from a lidded cup and discovering this) I wasin tears and called the restaurant immediately. The manager said that they do their best to control the damage but this is notcompletely preventable. I was offered a new drink and/or money back. I denied both because this wouldn?t fix the problem. Iasked for quality assurance and employees to be fully attentive to customers orders but this wasn?t guaranteed either; forgetabout my peace of mind. One of the worst Tim's in the country. In the middle of lunch hour they had one cashier and one sandwich maker who prioritized... the drive thru before in-store customers. She made 12 drive thru sandwiches before she made mine. Customers had to demand twoand three times just to get basic items like doughnuts and soup that required no prep. If it thinks drive thru is moreimportant, then don't allow walk-ins because the last time I checked, we paid the same price as drive thru customers! Read more
