Never get the order right. I have order total of 5 times from this McDonald's through skip. Everytime a large portion of my... family meal is missing. This time. A clean and well-maintained restaurant with fast service. They have a quiet study lounge isolated from the rest of the dine-in... area (wow!). The only thing that marred the experience was a technical glitch with the self-order kiosks (the orders would notgo through, and the system had to be reset). Read more
First time writing a Google review, but feel compelled. Food is fine, what isn't fine is the blatant classism against students... who simply want to eat at night. After 12 AM, the dining room is closed. That's fine, in that case I'll submit a mobile order!that is also closed. They've removed every possible service (dining room, curbside pickup, walk-up) between 12-5 which wouldallow someone without a car to purchase food. If you attempt to walk through the drive thru with an already completed mobileorder, you will be ignored. If you go up to the window, you will be ignored. (doesn't make sense, there's a whole extra windowbeside the drive-thru that they could surely hand food to me that i've PAID FOR ON THE APP ALREADY, short-staffing is not anexcuse when mobile ordering exists.) As a college student struggling to make ends meet, who cannot afford a car with costs ofschool and rent, It makes no sense to me that I'm barred from purchasing food during my late-night study times simply because Idon't have a car. (oh yeah, alternative is to pay the inflated uber prices and $5 delivery fee + tip just to have someone driveit RIGHT across the street to the college. This place is very hit and miss. Sometimes it's quick. The stuff are friendly. The food tastes decent. Lately I've been going... for the breakfast burritos and they've been disgusting.
