The order taker was very nice and friendly. After ordering, we were told to stay in parking for the food, however after 20... minutes and seeing more than 5 different orders after us being gone, I approached the window and told where our order is. Itseemed no one cared. I asked 3 times, and the guy comes and says, it's been 19 minutes and you can't come and complain. Like,you have to sit like a duck and wait until whenever we like, we will bring your food. Such a horrible place. Finally, my ordercame with $5 to compensate for it. I said keep the food for yourself, I'm not here for handouts I order food and expect respectand service. I didn't even bother to get my full refund. The management and owner should be ashamed of themself with this kindof service and disrespect to customers. It seems they no longer care about the customer in this place. Read more
Ordered a breakfast sandwich with an extra egg this morning, found no extra egg when back home, came all the way back to talk to... the manager, no apology at all, she grabbed the sandwich from me before asking me about her solution, threw it in the garbagebin, and made another one with the additional egg, still no apology. Terrible customer service and interpersonal skill as amanager and terrible waste of food. I hope the owner could hire better managers. Read more

It seems like every single time I order from here now, they always leave something out. Doesn't matter what time of day, whether... I order online or in person, they ALWAYS forget something even if it's a very simple order. Every single time I order an extrapatty, they leave it off even though I got charged for it. I ordered a combo and got no drink. Ordered a happy meal with milkand got no milk. I ordered a McMuffin with extra sausage and it was nowhere to be seen. I have wasted a decent chunk of changeon food which was never received. At this point I don't even care enough to pester them to bring me the rest of my order, it'sjust very disappointing because this location used to be good. 1/5 stars, please get your staff to wake up and double checktheir orders.
