one point is even too much, I placed an order on the electronic Kiosk inside the shop, after i paid, I didn't get an order... number, neither the proof of payment. the manager denied that she received my order, the head office of Tim got all of myprivate information and they said they can't do any thing and the manger must solve it and refund my money. There is a lady I assume the manager who is brutal with her staff. I was served today and what looked like a new member was lost... on what to do and instead of helping him out she made him look stupid. I understand it the weekend and timmies gets super busyand especially in the mall when I went it was busy. but that doesn't excuse her behaviour they're serving donuts and coffee notin the military. Horrible customer service and incompetent employee to say the least. Ordered french vanilla with 1/2 coffee through the app. Got... only french vanilla.fine I get it, not their fault maybe just a glitch with the app. Asked the employee to just pour a littlecoffee into my cup to which he said "I wouldn't do that". Like ? Seriously? Excuse you ?! I already paid for the french vanillawhich is the more expensive drink, coffee is like half the price ??!?! It's like the cost of the coffee I was asking him to addto my cup was being deducted from his personal pay cheque. Rediculous. Read more
