Believe me when I say, this is THE WORST Tims around for kilometres upon kilometres. I continuously try to forget my bad... experiences or forgive them because this location is ?necessary? to me due to its location on my daily commute. From now on, Iwill permanently alter my commute so that I can avoid going back to this location and give my business to a better one. Theyrarely prioritize walk-ins, to the point where you need to announce your presence and intent to order. THEY DON?T MAKE MOBILEORDERS WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEM, instead you have to walk in, get in line, tell them you have a mobile order, and only then willthey start preparing your stuff. The customer service and prosocial people skills are terrible. Many employees seem completelyclueless as noted when they?ve been working there for a while and still have no idea what specific donuts look like or what isfound where on the cash register screen. I consistently need to repeat myself numerous times so that they get my order right,and even then they often are too careless to include what I paid up-charges for (i.e. sausage AND bacon) or too careless topunch in everything I ordered (as noted today when I clearly asked for hockey cards and they never punched it in). I was alsoaccused of not paying properly when I actually never had a chance to pay in the first place, as she never keyed in I was payingvia card! Also, despite everything including their indoor signage advertising all-day breakfast, they don?t actually do. Theystop at 4 pm and get snippy with you when you ask why. Wow! You know, I?ve been feeling like this place is cheap since they never give you napkins, or a bag for your food but low and... behold, these cheap scummy people didn?t even fill my coffee to the full amount I paid for. They?re always unpleasant and upsetwhen you ask for a napkin after ordering food. These people are just stealing from customers at this point. Will NEVER comeback and will be sure to share with everyone in barrhaven what is really going on here. Read more

I have to say.. I was quite sad with this mornings service, I went to get a bagel with Xtra cream cheese because I wanted the... extra calories today. I find without the bread gets dry. Anyways, guy hands me my bagel, I said is there Xtra cream cheese onthere (I had a feeling) he said, the screen didn't say it, no worries I still gave him the bagel back to add some on, gave itback to me, I was happy with it, till I got home and unraveled it. It looked like a crunched crooked heart shaped bagel, and noXtra cream cheese was added.. maybe moved around to make it look like it, but the bread was still dry, and no extra cream cheesedespite him opening it back up for show. Not the first unpleasant experience I had but this one triggered me to finally Wrightsomething down. Be VERY clear with your instructions at this location because they will skimp out.
