Used to be realy nice n fast been going down hill lately tho
Ordered the red eye ice Capps and they handed them to my boyfriend and I, one was full and then one was 3/4 full, there was... obviously a lot missing and very noticeable. Really frustrating. Asking the in-training woman repeatedly for no sugar in my drink - shows up on the screen as "classic" not... "no sugar" so I ask again. She speaks to another worker in what I'd assume is Tagalog, so I don't know what they're saying, andshe smiles and nods. Get my drink and leave - it tasted fine at first because the espresso was on top, but as soon as I getbelow that there's sugar. By this time we're 5km down the road so we can't go back. I don't like sugar in my coffees, but whatif I were diabetic? I don't mind people speaking their language with each other, but in front of a customer leading to amistaken order is kind of problematic. Read more

horrible service everytime i go, anything communicated at the speaker doesnt go through to the employees even after youve... corrected them. Tells me there wont be a wait, ends up almost late for work because there was a 10 minute wait on wedges! let meknow next time i ask if theres a wait. And multiple complains about the food. my chicken in my sandwich was very obvious notcooked on the inside, aswell as recieving a ?bacon grilled cheese melt? with no bacon, 5 slices of kraft cheese UNMELTED.Extremely unacceptable as everytime theres something to complain about.
