Owner was incredibly rude about a large group order with which there were several orders, including 1) Being over 30 minutes... late on the order 2) Preparing 1/3 the amount of food ordered, then when they were questioned on this, preparing the remainingfood and surprising us with a $300 bill for it 3) Putting condiments on all the burgers when asked not to 4) Claiming sauce wasnot included when it had been on the original order. A shockingly negative experience that has resulted in me boycotting thisparticular location forever. Really not community-minded at all and incredibly greedy and rude. Read more
Bathrooms are BAD!. The washrooms needs an complete overhaul beginning with replacing the seats. I wouldn't even use them. The... toilet paper dispensers were empty and there were no paper towels. If the washrooms look like this, what care is being put intothe kitchen for cleanliness? Read more
i went through the drive thu and ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and asked for extra strawberry and extra cheesecake... pieces. when i ate my blizzard there were hardly any cheesecake pieces. i believe i was charged extra for what i asked for anddid not receive it. another thing is it took 15 minutes for me to get through when there was only 4 cars infront of me. forthese reasons i would not recommend going unless you want to waste your time and money. First time at this DQ and the last. 20 minutes wait time inside. $45 for 2 kids meals and 2 cheese burgers and fries. All food... was cold and burgers were so cold the cheese didn't melt. The fries were cold greasy and the box they come in is so small itdoesn't hold very many. The staff was nice but will never go back. A&W is far superior to DQ. Read more
