Asked for two legs and got a thigh and a wing which was disgusting and greasy. Worst KFC I've ever had. I bought just two pieces... of chicken and a bottle of water (no side) and they charged me $9!!!!!! This mall location needs to be shut down. Read more
Never open when they should be. So called staffing shortage is probably actually a wage and benefits issue and the tenders are... never tender unless you want to wait 20min for fresh ones if by some miracle they are open. Read more
Update: got a visibly moldy bun on our sandwich, yikes! They replaced it and apologized, but definitely not a good sign. Old... review: Here for the plant-based menu!! The crispy "chicken" burger is delicious and 100% vegan (including the mayo). Nothingfancy, but darn tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Prices are average for fast food these days, not that cheap anymore butless expensive than restaurants. There's restrooms and lots of seating in the mall food court. It's so nice having more veganoptions at fast food chains! Read more
