Every single time I've been here, the customer service has been poor. They are rude right to your face. Veggies are stale.... Talking to the manager Sandeep is Worser. Wish I could post screenshots here. Will be contacting the Head Office. Just readother reviews on here. When you get that email to give feedback and you do, if they don't like what they read, they call your ph# repeatedly, even if at work to argue & debate. Thats harassment. Don't they need basic customer service skills to have afranchise anymore !?. Forget professionalism. They treat you worser if your ethnic. My friend got a nasty email from Sandy,manager. Went to this Subway yesterday, two girls working, first one messed up the guys order ahead of us and got angry and blamed him... for her screw up. The other girl messed up my husband's order which he didn't complain about as the girl was already giving himattitude for no reason. After we left my husband and I were talking about what a terrible experience it was and how we aren'tgoing back to that subway, I looked down and saw a bloody finger print on the bottom of my sandwich, which I had already taken abite out of. So we turned around and drove back for a refund and instead got swore at and accused of trying to con them formoney... we asked to speak to a manager to which one of the girls replied she was the manager, which I doubt. Tried callingSubway headquarters and emailing them and still havnt heard back. Oh! And ended up having to go to emerg. to have bloodwork doneas I am 8 months pregnant and they fed me a sandwich with strangers blood on it. Absolutely ???? terrible experience. Couldn'tbelieve it.
