I am highly DISAPPOINTED at this location. Today i visited this place with my husband and the manager named ?Saufin? was... EXTREMELY RUDE, he was making rude expressions on his face while talking. He was disrespecting his customer including me.Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. I hope this employee gets demoted, gets the desired training (on compassion andbasic human decency). I always get good service here and they do their very best to make my sandwich the way I like. Anytime I have ever had an issue... they are quick to make it right. I had trouble getting the right amount of sauce on my sub when using the app but they againhelped to make it right. Although I cant use the app I will still use this location for all my subway needs.
