Twice in a row my daughter ordered a large black cold brew light ice. Both times the orders were correct on the order screen and... both times they had milk or cream in them. The second time they tried to blame my daughters ordering technique. According to thevery crass ' drive thru ' server, if you want a CORRECT black cold brew your supposed to order a "black ICED coffee", not a"black COLD brew". Late lunch with the wife, both had the habanero chicken wrap, it tasted excellent but was disappointed in the down sizing of the... wrap, seemed half the size it used to be. I usually go to this Tim?s because it?s close to work. I had the worst experience with a worker raising her voice at me because... I was too far up in line?.when I was next?she made me cry cry with her sneer, and treated me like I was stupid. Another workerseen that I was upset and was super sweet, which was nice. These are the type of people who should be in customer service. Iknow this particular worker hates her job, as is evident every time I go into this location. As a person who also works incustomer service, rule number one is you don?t take it out on the customer. I hope this worker has a better day, and kudos tothe kind lady who took my order and made me feel better. Read more
