On multiple occasions I've received my burger with something pushed down through the top bun and the bun is literally in pieces.... Once it looked like a thumb and today's Mc chicken top bun had a cross shape pushed down through it splitting the bun intopieces. We live in witless bay and it's not easy emptying full bags of McDonald's in a drive through to check individualburgers, nor should we have to. Combined with handing out warm cans of coke for months and stale fries 50% of the time, we'redone. Edit: Sept 26th 2022.... I would honestly recommend anyone considering this McDonald's because they are in proximity todrive to commonwealth instead. This McDonald's shouldn't even be open for business it's that bad. There have not been fountain drinks availabls at this location for at least a couple of months. They say their machine is broken... and provide customers with warm, non-refridgerated cans of coke without a cup, ice or straw. If you ask for a cup and ice, theywill provide it, but the employees sound annoyed by the request. The fact that there is no attempt to refrigerate the drinks orto offer a cup and ice by default is below the standards expected of any restaurant and certainly McDonald's where consistencyis what the company is known for and what keeps customers returning. There is no apology offered, no sign to say there are nofountain drinks or even cold drinks available, and information about when it is intended to be fixed. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last time I was here I waited forever in the drive thru for a breakfast... sandwich. The egg was undercooked in the middle. Today I ate in. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin combo with apple juice. Theserver was so rude in the way she said they don't have apple juice. You can look at the photo to see the state of the sandwich.When we were handed our order I asked for ketchup. Despite handing me the ketchup another employee told me that I have to askfor it at the time I order. I have triple checked the ordering counter and there is not one sign anywhere saying to ask forcondiments ahead of time. Finally the tables are filthy. We are still in a pandemic and nobody can be bothered to keep the areaclean. Read more
