If you are going to close early - at least block off the drive-thru lanes and shut off the menu board lights to let people know... that you are actually closed! We (and many others) sat in line to place an order at the drive-thru. Looked like you were openbecause the place was 'lit up like a Christmas tree,' (and it was well before the closing time of 10:00 pm) but the restaurantwas in fact closed! I understand that there is a staff shortage these days and everyone is doing their best, but please takethe extra minute to block the lanes when you are closed. . .it will save people from wasting their time. . .and you from gettingmore bad reviews! Absolute terrible service. After waiting in drive thru line for 10 + mins. I decided to make a mobile order after watching 2... others get served in front of me as they just completely ignored us. When getting up to the window we were told they were closedand that my order would be refunded as they did not process it on their end.
