If you're wanting pizza that tastes like your kids made it then feel free to order here but if you want actual Pizza Hut pizza,... don't bother. They just don't make it properly. Happened to us last year and yes we called and told them. Decided to give itanother shot and same thing. Very bland and almost dry tasting. Not worth my money. Ordered a Classic/Original Pan Pizza. I did not get a pan pizza. I talked with the clerk about the Pan Pizza crust to ensure I... got exactly what I ordered. He didn't seem very sure what I wanted, only that it was cooked in a pan. I told him it's aspecial famous crust only Pizza Hut has, they usually charge extra for it. -They even have a poster on it I saw later andpointed out out- I think this is poor training/management. He was working solo and he was extremely busy. He was great, foodwas tasty and quick even though he was busy. But definitely NOT Pan Pizza. Step it up Pizza Hut! Pizza is good. I like a place you can get the same quality day after day. Some other place overload their pizzas and don't have... a good balance of topping to cheese to dough. Staff has always been friendly and polite. Would be nice to have a dine in, but Iunderstand Morinville is a small town with limited buildings to choose from. Only negative is that I eat too much.
