I will never return to this location, I have been going to this KFC since I was a child in the 80?s. decided to take my daughter... there to treat her after school today. Most of the drinks weren?t working, could only choose from Pepsi or iced tea. Every timeI have gone to the drive thru in the last year or two I am forced to wait out front usually 15mins and often get blocked in orstuck because of the skip the dishes drivers and other costumers waiting. On two occasions had to wait as long as 30-40mins.Today I was the only car in the drive thru. Asked for a receipt and was ignored. Asked for ketchup, hot sauce, dipping sauce andnapkins. I was told they would be in the bag when it was brought out. When we received our order I was given the wrong kind ofsandwich and none of the other things we asked for. The fries were ice cold and the popcorn chicken was flattened out likecoins. Went inside to ask for dipping sauce and grab some napkins etc. I was repeatedly ignored by the staff, who were allmoving at a snails pace? it?s no wonder people have to wait in the parking lot every time they visit. I left angry with outdipping sauce. I have never experienced this level of incompetence at any other location in Saskatchewan. The service at thislocation is consistently bad you can almost expect bad service every time you visit. Worst KFC chicken ever eaten from such a famous brand.Bought famous chicken, Burger patty has a foul taste. It is like the... batter in which the chicken is marinated is old,The chicken was real dry. Chicken Popcorn was not fried well. Felt like the foodwas cooked way earlier and served after microwaved the same. Also,Buying food from here after 8:30 pm has give me a badexperience for the second time now. The cashier asked if I wanted dine in or take out, I said dine in.....I got my meal in a bag. There was no ketchup. I did not... get any sauce with my meal. The meal was cold and flavorless! The tables were dirty. The bathroom was filthy. I was notimpressed or satisfied with the meal or service. I will definitely not be eating at KFC Moose Jaw again. Read more
