While I find this place a bit expensive it is worth it IMHO Their pitas are incredible.
Normally this location is amazing, but tonight we had a terrible experience! The place was very busy when we arrived, which is... fine, I don?t mind waiting. They had two employees working and only one was actually making pitas while the other just stoodthere. They did not acknowledge us or let us know that they would be with us shortly. They could have been training, as only onecolleague was working while the other watched. But they should have smiled, acknowledged us, explained they would be with usshortly? But they did none of those things. After waiting approximately 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff, weordered. The staff was very unfriendly tonight which is highly unusual! The Pitas were made poorly, either too much or toolittle of everything. Had to ask for more vegetables multiple times and she looked annoyed when I would do so . When my partnerasked for ?just a tiny bit of sauce? she overloaded his pita with both sauces! Even the way they wrapped the pita up wasterrible. Folding the edges in and then rolling it into a large ball! I rarely leave reviews, even when I am unsatisfied. Theservice tonight was just awful and a highly unusual experience at this location. We have been going here for years and thecustomer service, the quality, and the environment is always outstanding. The employees tonight were miserable and seemedannoyed that they had to be there. If I saw that employee working again, I would turn around and walk out it was that bad! SorryPita Pit, terrible experience tonight! Do better!!! We even tipped when we paid using the debit machine prior to our food beingmade!! Would NOT have tipped if I knew how bad it was beforehand. Read more
Ordered From skip the dishes tonight, in my instructions it clearly said cook the onions. Onions where completely raw. One pita... was supposed to have Greek sauce, it had none. Very very disappointed. Called the restaurant and got nothing of a response fromthe employee. Read more
Pita Pit is great. Food is wonderful. Only complaint is website says hours till 10 pm. One a week I try to rush down by 9:45 and... they closed. Finally I call to ask why. I guess hours only till 9 pm. They really should change hours on door and web site.Other then that, cant say nothing bad. Read more
