It?s the second time I have Indian food and both two times are buffet. My first buffet experience in Indian restaurant is before... Covid, at that time the food is placed outside the kitchen but at this time, you have to order and the food is made to deliverto you. There are roughly 19 choices. There are about 13 choices for different pastes I suggest. They are the soul of the Indianfood I think. You take a piece of nanan and then dip the source. Among the sources the butter chicken is my favorite dish. Thechicken is soft and the milky flavor is dense. But you should be careful with the spicy flavor of some pastes. Although Iordered the mild flavor its spicy flavor still made my stomach stressed. It is because the spicy that I have not eaten too much,therefore I haven?t taken full advantage of this buffet.
