My husband just visited Harvey's and he's very disappointed in the way he was served. Cashier was mute and nodding her head... until she finally said a word to realise she had her ear pods in her ears and talking to a friend on her personal phone. Then hemoves to the condiments counter to realize that employee also is talking to a friend on her phone with the pods in her ear. Heordered 4 trios and she placed 1 order of fries in the bag. My husband said I ordered 4 trios I'm missing stuff shes then spokeand answered him oh what was it you ordered. After telling her she then said okay here have a good day but yet no drinks weregiven. He said the drinks she told him they are self serve. He said I still need cups to self serve myself. At the drink stationeverything was empty or not working.
