Management is really bad. We waited more than an hour for our plates to come. Hostess isn't helpful and the whole restaurant was... understaff. We were sat beside the window seats and we were freezing. When the food came, it didn't look appetizing at all. Nota good experience overall. Despite all the bad, I want to give kudos to the servers, they were really doing their best with thesituation and offering an explanation about the delay. (Only one chef on a sunday brunch day). Amazing experience at Eggspectation Decarie today. I hosted a group of 20 and the service was quick and warm, even though they... were pretty busy. Our waitress Eleni was on point - not only did she wait our table but she also waited another large group.Shout out to the rest of the staff as well as Georgia. You can tell that everybody believes in teamwork here ???? I had theSouthwest omelette and was happy to learn that the potatoes are safe for those who are gluten sensitive. But the winner was theavocado toast .. omg if I could take a pill so I can eat this I would. Look at it! It looks so so good (can't stand that Ican't eat bread!) Overall, a perfect experience. Do yourself a favour and never eat here. If you?re staying at the hotel just go to allo mon coco two minutes away. Hostess was... extremely rude, waitress was lost caught her twice yelling at the buss boy who was the only one working properly. Waitressdidn?t bring water until she brought the bill. The food was terrible I ordered eggs bacon and pancakes. Eggs were extremelyundercooked, pancakes were hard when advertised as fluffy and potatoes were hard.
