It was really worst experience at this location.there is india lady working as sandwich artist and she made mistake making my... sandwich and i ask to get me new one as I am allergic to bbq sauce and she refuse to make another one. When i ask her to give mein written that you are not allow to make new one she said i cant and someone related to her bump into situations andthreatening me to punch on My face if I dont leave and on the top she didn?t said anything to that person and let that happen.Hope to hear something from owner of this restaurant so that i can talk regarding whole situation. Not worth the money this is by far the worst location to go to (in mall at cote st luc shopping centre). This is twice now I've... ordered and both times seriously dissappointed in how they prepared it and how little tuna was put in my wrap if your going tospend 10$ on one you'd expect there to be tuna in it instead all I got was a wrap filled with mayo, spinach and cucumber what awaste of money. Disgusting hygiene. Not going back and i wouldn't recommend. The girl that served us had very long acrylic fake nails that were... poking through her gloves. She then went to make the client pay while wearing the same gloves, touched the computer screen andthen the atm, then cane back to add the veggies to my sandwich, she digged in the veggies with those gloves and thats were ithit me and i saw how dirty looking the computer screen was and that she has been touching so much with those sane gloves withher poking through nails. I usually try to avoid leaving comments when it comes to fast food restaurant. I am writing this in hopes that the owner will... read this. I have eaten at few subway restaurants around the city and this location is the worse Franchise. If you care aboutHygiene do not eat at this location. The stuffs do not change their gloves while making sandwiches. On several occasions, Iwitness stuff touch the cash register with gloves and proceeded to go make a sandwich. On a different occasion, an employeepicked a utensil from the floor with gloves and went on to make a sandwich for a customer. Plus the counter and where the foodis kept always look dirty. Read more
