We ordered Harvey's once through Uber Eats. We got a crispy chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich combo (with regular... fries + regular Pepsi), a regular onion rings, and a large chicken bacon ranch poutine. Everything was nice! We used to love this restaurant! We almost ordered every week. For the last few months, it seems the quality control went down... sadly. Many items missing from the order when it arrives. Wrong items (meat burger instead of the veg one, a peach redbullinstead of a 7up, etc.) also. We will stop ordering from this restaurant atm. Read more
Very poor customer service had the worst experience ordering my food! I speak English and they refused to talk back to me in... English !! I had to point out what I wanted in my burger and even with doing so, she kept putting the wrong items in and thewrong sauce.
