I used to be a regular at this place for so long (dating back to pre-pandemic times); I would come here everyday and order the... exact same sandwich, and the bagel sandwiches are still as great as ever, but the quality of service has extraordinarilydeteriorated. ? There are flies everywhere. ? Sometimes I put an order and pay for it, only to get up after 15 minutes andrealize nobody had received my order at the kitchen. ? The tables used to be clean all the time, and now they can stayunattended with dirty dishes and leftovers for so long. ? Mix that with mixed orders from the kitchen and an inefficient queuingsystem and you understand my deep disappointment. Never coming here again for the sake of preserving my old memories associatedwith this once great place. P.S. the music selection used to be so good at this place and now they just play generic discoPitBull type of music which is outright lazy for a brunch place in downtown. Read more
