Asked for delivery for 7:30pm and food was delivered at 5:55pm. 5 mins earlier and nobody would have been home. I guess we?ll... have to re-heat the food later when my wife comes home. Why give an option for delivery time on website if it?s not an actualfeature? Service everywhere these days is just terrible. :( and food so expensive. What a bummer. Read more
Usually a fine experience, if a bit pricey for pitas, but last time I went I was the only person there and waited a long time,... with four workers behind the counter making sandwiches or manning the cash. They didn't seem to know I was there. Tried to makeeye contact but nothing. After a few minutes I just left. I felt like a ghost that just drifted in and out. Read more

I love boustan, i order from them often. but today was a disappointment. i ordered for pickup at 10pm and was told 15 minutes, I... arrived in 20 minutes and they hadn't even started to make my order. i just said, "never mind, don't bother" and I walkedout. usually fantastic, but not today.
