I used to get coffee here every once in a while despite the rude and indifferent employees, but about a week ago I experienced... the worst latte ever. It was so watered down and tasteless, it was almost nauseating. I vow never to come back. Read more

The coffee is good, but the management doesn't invest in the place. They don't hire cleaners and expect the cashiers to do... everything. I don't feel safe to buy food there, there are flies even on cold days. I hope they hire someone to clean. Read more
It's so dirty at this location, there are flies buzzing everywhere including inside the pastry cases. It's just not normal, none... of the other second cup and starbucks locations have this. The floors are also completely filthy and the staff kept biting theirnails and putting their hands on their mouths while making peoples drinks and food. It's all so unhygenic, this place needs adeep clean and better staff training. Read more

I have never had such a bad experience, insects everywhere,flying around the table and in the shelfs were the cookies and cakes... were, we advised the staff working there barely did anything after i advised them about the insects, the bathroom are the totalopposet of clean and the ceiling had leaked water.
