I ordered torched salmon poke bowl with crispy rice. Is this how crispy rice is supposed to be ? Hard and smelling burnt.... I’ve had crispy rice before elsewhere but it was never this hard and burnt ! Also, very basic and cheap ingredients in thepoke bowl - burnt rice, cucumber, lettuce, very little salmon, casava chips, and a lot of crispy tempura. They didn’t add theavocado, massago, and nori. What a cheat of a restaurant. I am highly disappointed. On top of that, I’ve had to to wait overan eternity to get my takeout. Now I know why. Big warning for those ordering takeout. I usually take the poke bowl or fried stuff. Today I had a sushi platter. I can't say it was bad but I can't honestly say it was... super good. The rice was wayyyyy too glutinous and thick which masked the fish completely. And the fish was not particularlyfresh so.. yeah.. ok experience. Service was good but we're here for food. Read more
We had a really good meal here. For appetizers, we got the veggie dumplings and salmon tartar. Nothing special but they... weren’t bad. The real star is the sushi- it’s so delicious!!
