Normally, buying tickets online saves time. However, this is not the case for Croisieres AML. Even though we bought our tickets... online 2 weeks in advance, we had to stand in 2 different lines. First was to get the actual tickets (for some reason, QR codereceived via email is not considered a valid ticket). Secondly, we had to stand the line to get on the cruise boat itself.Ofcourse, by the time the waiting was over and we were able to enter, all the seats upstairs on fresh air were taken. The workerswere giving different information in regards which line we should go first and whether we have to take both of them; it all hada very disorganized vibe. We would give two stars for this, but on top of everything they cancelled the cruise due to some techproblems after making us wait for an hour. They also do not give refund right there and right then: if your cruise getscancelled, you'll need to email a third party and try to get your refund from them (which is not guranteed,of course). They dooffer coming another day with the same ticket but who would want to repeat this again? Very poor experience alltogether, andwe're definitely not be coming back. Read more

We booked the Montreal dinner cruise with the 3 course meal option. We enjoyed the food and the drinks we ordered were also... good. The staff was professional, and attentive . The overall ambiance was nice and you get a really great view of the city whenyou stand out on the deck. We found it quite romantic. We even imitated the titanic scene lol. The only thing I would suggest isthat they change the decor to make it more visually appealing and more modern. Overall, we had a great time and we woulddefinitely do it again. Read more

Appetizers were amazing but main course was meh, dry chicken and no seasoning on the salmon. The staff is very friendly though... and the shows were nice. Not worth that price in my opinion. Read more
