Really enjoyed this place the service was excellent, the pizza was good but the part I enjoyed the most were the antipasti... (entrees) we got the were sooo good, so many Italian restaurants focus on the main meal and have very simple antipasti but thesewere so delicious, definitely coming back! Read more
Had a great time here last night! Service was excellent, even though our server was super busy with juggling a ton of different... tables. The mushroom pizza was excellent, we were told up to 12 different mushrooms are used as toppings. I have to admit thecrust was better than a lot of places in NYC which is pretty impressive. They also have an Ops pizza which is cool to see, assomeone who lives in Williamsburg (where Ops is from). Kale salad was perfect. Don?t sleep in the Melon cocktail. Pasta could?vebeen better. Super lovely and cozy Italian restaurant with delicious food and great ambiance! Beautiful and simple yet elegant indoor and... outdoor spaces! The «Cauliflower» appetizer is very light and full of flavour - the batter is very thin and and definitelypleasing to the palate; the «Margherita pizza» was delicious, it was thin, well baked and the tomato sauce had a nice acidity;and the «Gigli pasta» was also quite savoury, it was a very nice combination of ingredients! *also it was super easy to findparking which is sometimes rare in Montreal I definitely recommend eating here! All super fresh, super tasty ingredients. The Gigli pasta was revelatory, to quote my wife. And it really was delicious. They... ran out an hour after we got there so we felt lucky to be able to try. The pizza is a thin crust with fresh toppings. Also thecucumber starter is a great choice. Excellent wine list and service. Highly recommend! Read more
