Booked a table for my birthday, but they didn't have any table for us when we arrived. Waited 1h for the table. Once we got a... table we had to wait for 30min to get the menu. None came to ask for the drinks so I had to go to the bar to order the food anddrinks. I was there on a Sunday for brunch with a couple friends. The food was delicious, no complaints about that, but service... wasn't. It was a very hot day so we called in advance to double check if they had AC. They did, but also basically every windowand door were open so the place was way too hot. The waitress took way too long to take our order, she brought coffee, someoneelse brought our food and we didn't see any waiter/waitress again until it was time to pay the bill. The place looks great. I don't doubt that the atmosphere would be nice on a busy day, but the service was a little slow and the... food was less then mediocre. Very charred salmon (if not burnt) with al dente pasta and strong cheese for the salmon's lack offlavour. Service is variable, last time was great, this time they brought my friend a different plate than she asked for, admitted they... got it wrong, insisted she keep it, followed up later to see if it was ok and when she said no they ignored it. I wish there was a way to rate it 0 stars. We came for a friends birthday dinner and we’re shocked at the terrible service... (despite having made a reservation), with some racist undertones. Montreal has tons of wonderful places to eat and enjoy, highlyrecommend looking elsewhere if you want to actually be seated/served with respect and enjoy your evening. Avoid at all costs! Read more
