The porc flanc for the ramen looks strange. They do not look appetizing as the ones we have in other ramen restaurants. The... tofus are not even cut into reasonable size but they are put inside the soup in big chunk. Quite disappointed. Read more

Non-traditional toppings, but still hearty and delicious. The broth is thick and flavourful. The noodles are chewy. All the... toppings are marinated and the egg was perfect, in my opinion.
