Terrible experience. Went here on 16 Dec 2019 before noon. The cashier was very rude. I tried to order a hot chocolate in French... and then English. The cashier pretended that she could not understand the order in either language. Even though she spoke bothfluently? Very condescending and snobby. When she finally made my drink, she literally put a spoonful of cinnamon on top, andhanded it to me with the drink spilling over the sides. When I tried to drink it I choked on the cinnamon. Took ten minutes toscrape the toppings off so it would stop spilling everywhere. Was a hassle for her to give me a lid. Horrible!! Read more

I use to eat here everyday for lunch and enjoyed the food. Everyday I go inside the cashier never smiles,never says please or... Thank you just takes my money With attitude. After spending so much money I finally got tired of it!! I waited 20 minutes toconsulted with a manager. After telling him about his rude employees he decides to argue with me over exchanging an expireddrink!! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!
