Caution- the staff steal. I used cafe saint Henri as a drop off point for an impromptu Lufa order, and hadn?t realized that they... close at 6. When I arrived at 6:20pm, they were closed, so I went back the next day to pick up my organic basket that had beendropped off the day before. I went to open my basket the employee said to me ?My colleague might have pillaged your basket? andsure enough my basket (mostly non perishables) was empty. The manager made it clear they had no intention on compensating me forthe products their staff had taken. Immortal, illegal and completely inadequate customer service. Read more
