Super cute brunch spot! My partner and I shared the oysters and both ordered the pancakes. The soft boiled egg is absolutely... chefs kiss. The crisp apples do great at balancing the sweetness of the syrup. Pancakes were buttery and airy. The oysterstasted absolutely fresh and they gave us two kinds (I forgot the names srry). I would literally come back to Montreal just for the Pancakes. Cheese, apple puree...maple syrup, and pancakes with the... fluffiness of American pancakes and the crumb and butteriness of an American biscuit. 10/10, one of the most memorable dishesI've ever eaten. Came for the pancakes, they were fluffy and the runny egg was a nice addition, but I'd try something else next time. Got an... order of oysters and they were delicious. It filled up during brunch time so we were glad we had made a reservation. They alsohave an extensive wine cava. Service was a little slow but servers were very cordial and accommodating, they seem to beunderstaffed (like most establishments nowadays). Read more
An elevated, thoughtful brunch experience. The pancakes were deliciously thick, light and fluffy with a perfectly runny egg... accompanied by a maple apple sauce that wasn’t overly sweet. The English muffin was soft and fluffy on the outside whiletoasty on the outside with really juicy pulled pork. The portions are a bit on the small side for the price you pay and I dowish there was an option to have a breakfast style potato as an option instead of fries. Read more
