Interesting cocktails. The one taken was an interesting mix of cucumber and absinthe. Downside was the bartender. Might've been... a less than prosperous night. Gave quite a judging look and short/wry answers to questions. Read more
Went here the three nights we stayed at Intercontinental, Sun-Tue. First night, beer was cold and bartender friendly. Second... night, closed by 11:30, no one there. Third night, I wanted to try some absinthe, 11:45 pm, more than a dozen people hanging outin the bar, the lady bartender closes the chain link on the liquor as my wife and I walk in. It was my wife?s birthday too, onlybeer and wine the employee says. Not one night did it stay open till the posted time of 1 am. Quite disappointing, hopefullythey update their operating hours, or get there early and hope you get the right bartender. Read more

A great bar. Sylvain and the other bar staff were great. Sylvain took the time to set out the many different absinthe's they had... and explained each. The absinthe bottle pictured is what he recommended and it was excellent. Read more

For a nice, high end feel/vibe with pretty good mixology, this seems to be the spot. It's very tucked away, or at least it... seemed that way when we tried finding it from the "underground city." Service was pleasant and I loved the fact that they havetheir menu on tables with pictures of the drinks so you know what to expect. Overall a nice quick stop during a night out for aquick drink.
