The last time we had bistro 360 pizza was at the beginning of the pandemic while the old owners still ran the place. We were not... supper happy with the pizza and haven’t been back since. Until a few weeks ago. We decided to give it another try and let metell you, we were incredibly surprised! We got to know the new friendly owners and they made us feel right at home! The food wasincredibly delicious, you can tell that there is an increase in quality and we felt like it was worth the price. We thought wecould bring our own beverages but that has changed. So we took the owner’s wine recommendation and we were so happy with hischoice. The staff kept checking in on us and made sure that we had a good experience. A bit small pizza portion for the price (19$). The ingredients didn't feel very fresh (like canned artichokes and canned olives... were used), but I must say that that dough was super nice and soft. The pouding chômeur was more like a fluffy cake with nicemaple liquid spread. The cheesecake had beautiful presentation, tasted a bit sweet for my taste though. Read more
