I had a great experience, the service was okayy ,the preparation was fast and the man was kind to separate our bill in 3 which... we really appreciated it! I ordered some chicken wings today but the delivery was taking some time, which I didn?t really mind. But I still called them to... know where my order was and the worker on the phone told me that I could have my order for free because they took more than 45minutes to deliver it to me. However, when the delivery guy arrived, he wanted me to pay. I specifically told him that I justgot off the phone with an employee and was told that my order would be free. I even showed him my order confirmation email thatsaid the same thing. He went on about how they had to "change the oil so that?s why it took more time". I told him I understoodbut I?m still not supposed to pay for it. He then tells me that "he has other things to do" and that if I want my order forfree, I can go get it myself at the pizzeria (with an attitude). This service was not up to my expectations and I was furious.Pizza pizza, your chicken wings are delicious but please, hire better delivery drivers because this one was not it. Read more
