Service: I was sat almost immediately as soon as I got there, I had no reservations. Very welcoming staffs and bartender was... great with making the drinks. The food was amazing, my steak was cooked to my liking. The fries was lovely specially with theaioli dip. Drinks are refreshing and the bartenders can make things that isn’t part of the menu. Overall we enjoyed our brunch there. Everything was higher than our expectation except one small thing. We oredered a truffle... pasta and the waitress asked us if we want truffle on top of our pasta so we said yes because we weren’t sure how this pastais being served. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen people rave on instagram about their homemade spaghetti. It’s made with butter,... black truffle, Parmesan and an egg yolk and let me tell you, it’s well worth the hype! Super rich, creamy and flavourful. Iwould have it again. The chicken waffle is really one of my favorite chicken waffle I’ve had in Montreal. It is the right balance of sweet and... salty. The sweet maple is really good aswell. An elegant yet simple brunch experience offering classic dishes with a unique twist - such as Blueberry pancakes with maple... cream and Eggs Benedict with house smoked salmon, which were delicious!
