This subway cannot follow simple order instructions and always mess up my Uber Eats orders. They often give the wrong drink, the... incorrect number of cookies or the wrong type of chips. Read more
My wife worked nearby and would oder a sub at least once a week from this location. The last time after having a chicken wrap,... she was violently ill to the point of hospitalization. It took weeks for my wife to recover. After emailing Subway advisingthem of a food poisoning problem from this location, and after clearly stating we had no interest in coupons or any other?freebies? and were just reporting our concern regarding the cleanliness or food prep issues so others would not fall ill, thehead office was more concerned for ?proof? of illness. We were asked for a confirmation from my wife?s doctor. In my lastemail to Subways head office, I was so frustrated and insulted, I actually asked them if they required a ??stool sample forproof?. At no time did anyone offer an apology or even ask the condition of my wife. They seemed only concerned with theirliability even though we asked for nothing. The entire issue was dealt with horribly. We learned our lesson and will NEVERreturn to another Subways again. Read more
