I've lived near this McDonald's for the last six years, and while every review deriding it as the worst McD's on the island may... be true, I never felt a particular need to write my own review until today. Like everyone else, I've experienced hour-longwaits, been locked out of the store with no warning, and have dealt with many, many wrong orders (triple-check your bag whenordering here). However, today's experience was truly horrendous. On top of waiting 20 minutes for an order of three McDoubles,I had to sit and watch as the manager accosted each and every one of his employees as well as several customers. I witnessedthe manager rudely tell off three customers/delivery drivers in a row. When the time came to receive my order, my request forketchup packets and any subsequent questions to the manager were rudely and pointedly ignored by him. Even if you can stomachthe horrendous wait times, inconsistent schedule and stale fries, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague ifyou'd like to be treated better than cattle. Probably the worst McDonald's on earth.. just because of the service. The waiting time is unbelievably long for no reason. We... can see some of the employees doing nothing to help the others, and those that are working on the orders are taking their time.Even the food delivery people got angry and impatient...
